I’m a Master-Degreed, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, who, for the past ten years, has strived to reach the highest fitness goals for all of my clients. I offer one on one training in a private setting so there is no need to worry about an overcrowded gym. Small group classes are also offered with discounted group rates available. My style of training includes interval training, strength training in many forms (bands, balls, free and machine weights and body-
weight exercises), boxing, basic yoga, and track-style running workouts. I also offer body-fat analysis in a comfortable setting.
